Whole-body care

Bodywork that meets you where you are.

Katie listens first—what feels tight, what movement has changed, and how you want to feel when you leave. From there, she blends Eastern and Western techniques into a session built around your body, not a preset routine.

Katie’s approach

“I don’t believe in simply touching every muscle and moving on. I want to spend time where your body needs it most, helping restricted areas move more freely.”

A natural complement

Chiropractic care and massage work better together.

Bodywork can help relax guarded muscles and support more comfortable movement between chiropractic visits.

  • Ease muscular tension around joints
  • Support flexibility and range of motion
  • Encourage recovery, rest, and body awareness

Katie offers three massage styles — Thai Bodywork, Deep Tissue, and Swedish — and each one can be enhanced with heated rocks, heated bamboo, and muscle-relaxing oils.

See what Katie’s Thai can change.

In Katie’s Thai bodywork, movement can feel stuck in one area because of restrictions somewhere else. She starts with the toes, feet, and ankles—the foundation that influences how the knees, hips, and back move—then works systematically upward, helping encourage more fluid, comfortable motion without force.

Thai bodywork goes beyond treating where it hurts — it addresses the tightness and restrictions that affect how your whole body moves.

Thai Bodywork

Starting at the feet and working upward, Katie uses rhythmic compression, assisted stretching, and gentle joint movement to help connected areas move together more freely. Sessions are clothed and mat-based. Choose this for movement, not just muscles — mobility, flexibility, and range of motion.

Best for mobility, recovery & active stretching

Deep Tissue

Slow, targeted pressure for persistent knots, restricted movement, and deeper layers of muscular tension. Choose this for pain that won’t let go — chronic tension, stiff areas, and old injuries that keep flaring up.

Best for chronic tightness & focused relief

Swedish Massage

Long, flowing strokes with light-to-medium pressure to ease muscle tension and invite full-body relaxation. For the deepest relaxation, Katie recommends adding heated bamboo — its gentle warmth helps muscles let go while the smooth, gliding strokes quiet the whole body. People often book Swedish, then ask for deeper pressure — if that’s you, Deep Tissue is the better pick.

Best for stress relief & first-time clients
